The GENA online store, located at the website gena-store.com, allows you to make purchases via the Internet in selected countries. It is the property of the plant producing hats, accessories and outerwear made of natural leather and fur:

Prices of goods in the online store are given in Euro and include VAT (they are gross prices). The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the Buyer. The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods offered, introduce new goods to the store’s offer, carry out and cancel various promotional campaigns on its pages, or make changes to them.
As a standard, a proof of sale is issued: a receipt, or a VAT invoice at the customer’s request. Customers making purchases in the online store agree to issue a sales document without a signature.
The condition of a well-conducted transaction is the correct completion of the form by the Buyer with the data needed for the realization. Orders will not be accepted in the event of an incorrectly completed purchase form.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If the payment is not made within a maximum of 10 days from placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled. This is synonymous with the termination of the purchase and sale contract. The buyer will receive an e-mail from the company with information about the situation and the reason for canceling the order.
The Seller undertakes protecting personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997.
The GENA Online Store reserves the right to refuse accepting the order in the event of errors on the store’s website, consisting in displaying incorrect information about prices or the condition of goods. As well as in situations raising doubts about the authenticity of the data provided by the customer during the ordering process.
2. Cost and time of delivery
Prices of goods and delivery costs:
All prices of goods in the GENA online store are in EURO and include VAT.
The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the Customer.
The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods included in the Store’s offer, introduce new goods to the Store’s offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store’s websites or make changes to them.
Shipments are delivered only by DHL courier. The price for shipment is 10 EUR in whole World. There is a possibility of personal collection of goods ordered through the GENA online store, at the manufacturer’s premises in Nowy Targ (Poland).
3.Order fulfillment time:
Orders placed in the Gena Store are processed only on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first following business day.
The order will be processed after its confirmation by the customer. An order for goods with different delivery times is sent after completing the entire order.
The waiting time for the shipment is from 48 hours to 14 days. The waiting time consists of: order fulfillment time (manufacturing-sewing the product; completing the products for the order) + the expected delivery time.
The Gena Store is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery due to an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

The customer who has chosen the option of payment by bank transfer, is obliged to pay the fee for the order placed within 10 working days from the date of placing the order. Otherwise, the order is removed from the system. In the payment title, it is enough to provide only the number of the order being placed. It is possible to extend the payment deadline with prior notification of the GENA online store staff.

5. Exchange and Returns
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 “On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”, the Customer may withdraw from the goods purchased in the GENA Online Store without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. It is possible only when the goods have not been used, have not been damaged in any way, have original packaging and labeling.
The returned or exchanged goods should be sent back at their own expense, along with the purchase document received with it and written information about the reason for the return (withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the Act) or replacement (e.g. due to replacement for a different size) to the following address:

In the event of replacing the goods with another, the customer bears both the cost of sending the goods to the company’s registered office and re-shipping the replaced product to the address indicated by him.
The GENA online store does not accept any parcels sent COD.
The customer can send back the product purchased in the GENA online store for replacement after contacting the company at 18 266 51 50. Replacement of the product, e.g. for a different model, color or size, must be reported no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
All goods offered by the GENA store are new and original, and have a one-year quality guarantee from the manufacturer – the GENA. Also included are the so-called “pre-sale guarantee” – if you receive goods not as described, contact us immediately.
Complaints about products are considered in accordance with the Act of the Council of Ministers of July 27, 2002. on special conditions of consumer sale and on the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176).
Complained goods should be sent at your own expense along with a written description of the complaint to the address of the store. Please provide the reason for the complaint (a short description of the damage), your personal data and the account number to which the receivables are to be refunded.
Please attach your order number and coordinates.
We will inform the Buyer about considering the complaint within 14 days of receiving the package. If the complaint is accepted, the value of the ordered goods will be returned to the Buyer’s account within 14 working days by bank transfer.
In the event of repair of the reported defect, the full-fledged product will be returned at Gena’s expense to the address provided by the customer.
Complaints are not accepted if:
– products with mechanical damage resulting from improper use
– natural wear and tear of the product
– discoloration of the interior of the product made of natural leather caused by sweat or heavy soaking
– differences in the color and structure of the leather as well as folds and wrinkles emerged during use, due to the natural properties of leather
– damage or discoloration caused by improper care or cleaning of products made of natural leather and fur
7. Instructions for use of GENA products:
Sheepskin, fox and rabbit furs from which GENA products are sewn are natural materials and may show color differences and physical changes, such as shading, creases. Minimal differences in the structure and thickness of the leather are also possible. They are not the basis for complaints about GENA products.
Natural leather absorbs moisture, sweat and dirt. In order to maintain the original appearance of the product, it is recommended to follow the basic principles of its use and maintenance, listed in the points below:
- for the care and maintenance of caps and gloves, it is recommended to use detergents intended for the care of leather products.
- In case of getting wet, it is recommended to let the product dry naturally. Do not dry in tumble dryers, on a radiator, do not expose to long-term sunlight, as this may cause the product to deform or fade colors.
- Ironing the leather and the lining is not recommended, as it may lead to permanent damage to the product.
8. Final assumptions:
All text information and photos of products in the GENA store registered under the domain name gena-store.com are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed, used for commercial purposes or for presentation on other websites without the consent of Gena. Using photos and descriptions in whole or in part without the consent of their author is always a violation of copyright, in accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994.
Product photos may slightly differ in color from the original, it depends on the individual setting of the monitor and the viewing angle.
Due to the natural raw material from which our products are made, their color may in fact be slightly different from the one shown in the picture.
WARNING! Silver fox models are available only after prior confirmation of their availability with a store employee.
For the availability of colors other than those shown, as well as non-standard sizes, please contact the store.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and the amendment to the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply.
The Store reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the website sklep.gena.pl
